Consultant Admins manage their agency's consultants from Consultant > Consultant Management. Super Admins can open the same screen. It lists every user with the Consultant or Consultant Admin role, together with their activity figures.
The Consultant List
The table columns are Consultant, Role, Status, Stats and Joined, plus Actions. Every column header except Actions sorts when clicked. On a phone the same records appear as cards.
Search by name, email or phone number, and filter by status (All Status, Active, Inactive) and role (All Roles, Consultant, Consultant Admin). Four counter tiles summarise the team. Export downloads the filtered list as a CSV with the columns Name, Email, Phone, Role, Status, Bookings, Revenue, Clients and Joined.
Adding a Consultant
Add Consultant opens the Add New Consultant dialog, which asks for Full Name, Email, Password (at least 6 characters), an optional Phone Number and a Role of either Consultant or Consultant Admin. The submit button is Create Consultant.
Editing, Activating and Deactivating
- Edit — opens the consultant's record so you can update their profile, phone number, position and role.
- Deactivate or Activate — flips the consultant's status after a confirmation dialog. This is the action a Consultant Admin uses for someone who has left the team.
- Delete — archives the consultant after a confirmation dialog. Super Admin only, as above.
How This Differs From Consultant Permissions
This screen is about who is on the team. What each consultant is allowed to do — manual document creation, pricing visibility, discount caps, approval thresholds — is set on the separate Super Admin screen at Admin > Users > Consultant Permissions. A Consultant Admin cannot open that screen.
One consequence worth knowing: Consultant Admins are granted every consultant permission by the server regardless of any profile assigned to them, so promoting someone to Consultant Admin gives them full consultant capability even if their permission profile says otherwise.
