Organizations > All Organizations is the Super Admin view of every organization on the platform. From here you add organizations, edit them, deactivate them and archive them.
Finding an Organization
Organizations are shown as cards. Each card carries the name, the organization ID (click it to copy), a type badge of Government, Agency, Corporate or SME, a green tick or red cross for active status, registration and VAT numbers, the contact person and the address.
Search by name, organization ID or contact email, and filter by type. A toggle beneath the search switches between Active (n) and Archived (n). Counter tiles at the bottom show Total, Active, Inactive and Agencies. The refresh icon in the header reloads the list, and on a phone you can also pull down to refresh.
Adding an Organization
Click Add Organization. This opens a five-step wizard: Organization Details, Address Information, Contact Person, Administrator Account, and Review & Create. Every step is validated, and the Administrator Account step is mandatory — you cannot create an organization without also creating its first Organization Admin.
The first step checks for duplicates as you type and will block you if it finds an exact name match, a matching registration number or a matching VAT number. If it finds names that are merely similar, it lists them and asks you to confirm this is a different organization before letting you continue.
The final button is Create Organization. The success screen shows the new organization ID and, when the admin password was auto-generated, the temporary password with a copy button. Copy it before leaving — no email is sent and the password is not shown again.
Editing an Organization
Click the pencil icon on the card (on a phone, tap the card to expand it and use Edit). Note that the day-to-day settings an organization uses — travel policy limits, notification recipients, integrations, logo — are edited by the Organization Admin from Administration > Settings in the portal, not here.
Deactivating and Activating
Click Deactivate on the card. A confirmation dialog warns that users in the organization will no longer be able to access the system. Activating again is immediate, with no confirmation.
Archiving and Restoring
The red archive icon deactivates the organization and moves it out of the active list. Confirm in the Archive Organization dialog. Nothing is permanently removed — switch the toggle to Archived and use Restore to bring it back, which also reactivates it.
Deactivation and archiving are both blocked while the organization still has live data. If that happens you get a Cannot Archive Organization dialog listing what is in the way: active users, active bookings, pending travel requests and pending booking requests. Resolve those first and try again.
