Everything TravelFlow knows about your booking value, commission, conversion and top clients lives under the Analytics menu in the consultant navigation. It has two entries for every consultant — Reports and My Performance — plus Team Performance for consultant admins and super admins. They draw on the same booking data but slice it differently, so it is worth knowing which screen answers which question.
Analytics > Reports
Analytics > Reports opens Reports & Analytics. This is the screen to use when you want a specific period and a CSV you can hand to someone else.
The dropdown at the top right of the Performance Overview bar sets the period: Today, This Week, This Month (the default), Last Month, This Quarter or This Year. Changing it reloads the six KPI cards, the Top Clients list and the Service Breakdown chart.
- Booking Value — the total price of every booking you captured in the period, whatever its status, with the booking count underneath and the value and number of cancelled bookings included in it.
- Total Bookings — how many bookings you captured in the period, with how many of them are cancelled.
- Clients Invoiced — the number of distinct customers on your invoices dated in the period. Draft and voided invoices are left out.
- Booked Commission — the commission stored on those same bookings, cancelled ones included, with the commission on cancelled bookings stated underneath.
- Avg Booking Value — booking value divided by the number of bookings, rounded to the cent.
- Conversion Rate — the share of quotations created in the period that reached Accepted or Converted. With no quotation created in the period it shows “Not defined” rather than 0%.
Top Clients by Booking Value lists your five biggest clients for the period, grouped by the client name stored on each booking — so the same client captured under two spellings will appear twice. Anything with no client name is grouped as “Unknown”. Alongside it, Service Breakdown charts the bookings in the period by booking type.
The Four CSV Reports
The Generate Reports panel at the bottom downloads a CSV immediately — there is no preview, no email and no scheduling. Each file is named for its type and today's date, for example sales-report-2026-08-04.csv.
- Sales Report — one row per booking in the period, cancelled ones included: date, client, type, destination, status, amount, commission.
- Client Report — name, email, type, status, total bookings, total spent and loyalty tier. This exports all your clients, not just those active in the selected period.
- Financial Report — one row per booking in the period: date, client, amount, commission and payment status.
- Service Report — the Service Breakdown chart as data: service type, bookings, booking value and percentage.
Analytics > My Performance
Analytics > My Performance opens the Performance Dashboard: eight KPI cards, an insights panel, a performance score, a selected-period comparison, three charts and a top-clients table. Use it to see how a period compares with the one before it; use Reports when you need a CSV of the bookings themselves.
The first row of KPI cards covers the selected period, with a growth arrow against the comparison period on the three booking cards:
- Booking Value — the total price of bookings captured in the period, every status included. The subtitle states how much of it comes from cancelled bookings, and how many there are.
- Booked Commission — commission on those same bookings, cancelled ones included. The subtitle states the commission on the cancelled bookings.
- Bookings in Period — the count, cancelled included, with the number cancelled and a confirmation rate underneath. That rate is the share of the period's bookings that are currently Confirmed — a different measure to the quote-based conversion rate on the Reports screen.
- Active Clients — your client records whose status is Active, with the number that joined in the selected period underneath.
The second row mixes time frames, which is easy to misread:
- Avg Booking Value — the period's booking value divided by its bookings.
- Unpaid/Partial Booking Value — the full price of every booking you have ever captured whose payment status is Pending or Partial. Cancelled and draft bookings are left out. It is not limited to the selected period, and these are booking prices, not invoice balances due.
- Recorded Quote Acceptance — all quotations you have ever created that reached Accepted or Converted, over the total. The subtitle shows the raw counts.
- Client Satisfaction — always shows N/A. Nothing in TravelFlow collects a client rating, so this card will never populate.
Growth arrows are calculated against the comparison period, and where that period was zero no arrow is shown at all — so your first busy period after a quiet one reports no growth rather than a large one.
The Score, the Insights and the Comparison Panel
The performance score is a weighted blend of four inputs: revenue growth (35%), the conversion rate (25%), bookings growth (25%) and client satisfaction (15%). It is rated Excellent from 80, Good from 65, Average from 50 and Needs Improvement below that. Because client satisfaction is never captured, that 15% is always filled with a neutral 3-out-of-5 placeholder, which pulls every score towards the middle.
The Charts and the Top Clients Table
- Booking-value Trend — the last 12 months, showing booking value, booked commission and booking count per month. This is the only chart on the page that does not follow the selected period.
- Booking Type — the selected period's bookings split across the four fixed types: Flight, Hotel, Car and Package. Anything with another type is not represented.
- Commission by Supplier — the selected period's commission grouped by the supplier recorded on each booking; bookings with no supplier are grouped as “Other”.
- Top Clients — All-time Saved Totals — your top five client records by the lifetime total saved on each, with loyalty tier. The currency and spending basis of those saved totals are not verified. This is all-time, so it does not agree with the Top Clients list on the Reports screen, which is period-based and grouped by booking.
Refreshing and Exporting
The page loads once when you open it; Refresh re-fetches everything and confirms with “Dashboard refreshed”. The Export menu offers three CSVs:
- Export KPIs — a metric/value list of the cards above, with the cancelled bookings, their value and their commission as rows included in the figures above them, saved as your name plus
-kpis-and the date. - Export Booking-value Trend — the 12-month table behind the chart: date, booking value, booked commission, bookings.
- Export Top Clients — client name, saved client total (currency unverified), bookings and loyalty tier.
There is no commission-only export here. For a commission list, use the Sales Report or Financial Report CSV from Analytics > Reports.
Team Performance (Admins Only)
Consultant admins and super admins get a third entry, Analytics > Team Performance, which opens the Team Performance Dashboard: booking value, active consultants, total bookings, booking confirmation rate, booked commission, average booking value, the top performer and bookings in period, plus exports for team KPIs, per-consultant performance and the team revenue trend. Booking value, booked commission and total bookings count every status; the note under the period states how many of the period's bookings were cancelled, their value and their booked commission, and the Team KPIs export lists the same cancelled figures as rows included in the totals above them. The booking confirmation rate has no growth arrow, because no comparison-period rate is measured.
Why Two Screens Disagree
- Conversion rate means two different things: quotation-based on Reports, booking-status-based on My Performance.
- Top clients are grouped from bookings in a chosen period on Reports, but taken from lifetime client totals on My Performance.
- Clients means distinct customers invoiced in the period on Reports (Clients Invoiced), and client records with Active status on My Performance (Active Clients).
- Both screens only ever show your own bookings, clients and quotations, so a booking captured by a colleague never appears in your figures.
