There is no "book for employee" screen in the corporate portal. Everyone books their own approved travel, and the portal's Bookings page only ever shows the signed-in user's bookings. When you need to arrange travel for colleagues, you do it through the travel request itself.
Put Every Traveller on One Request
On the Travelers step of Requests > New Request, click Add Traveler for each additional person. Every traveller needs a Full Name and Email; phone and role are optional. ID and passport numbers are not asked for here: your consultant asks for them when a booking needs them. Everyone on the request travels under the same trip details, requirements, and estimated budget.
The request is still owned by you, the submitter: it follows your approval chain, appears in your requests list, and the resulting booking appears under your Bookings page — not under each traveller's account.
Use Consultant Assistance for Group Travel
On the Booking Method step, choose Consultant Assistance and describe the arrangement in Special Instructions for Consultant. This creates an entry in the consultant booking queue containing your trip details, requirements, estimated budget, and any documents you attached. A consultant claims it, which opens a chat thread you can use from your bookings list.
Self-Service Bookings Are Personal
The GDS Booking Portal works from the signed-in user's own approved GDS-portal request: it selects that request, pre-fills the search with its origin, destination, and dates, and measures the cart against its estimated budget. There is no employee picker and no profile pre-fill — traveller details are typed in at checkout. If a colleague must book for themselves, they need their own approved travel request.
Where the Booking Appears
Completed bookings show up under Bookings ("My Bookings") for the person who submitted the request, split into Consultant-Assisted and GDS Self-Service tabs. Travel documents are reached from Documents > Documents, so forward anything your fellow travellers need.
