Your paperwork lives on one page. Quotations, invoices and vouchers your consultant creates for you appear there automatically, alongside anything they send you directly and any travel document details you record yourself.
Where to Find Your Documents
Click Documents in the top navigation bar. The page is titled My Documents and has five tabs. A tab shows a count beside its name once it holds something:
- Quotations — Priced proposals your consultant has prepared. Each card shows the quotation number, date, total and current status.
- Invoices — Invoices raised against your account, with the invoice number, date, total and status.
- Vouchers — Supplier vouchers to present on arrival, with the voucher number, date and status.
- Received — Documents a consultant has explicitly sent you. Each card names the sender, the document type, the date, any message they attached, and a delivery badge reading Sent, Delivered or Read. Most cards show Sent, which is stamped as soon as the document goes out; it does not mean anything is missing. Itineraries only ever appear here.
- Travel Docs — Your own record of passport, visa and insurance details. See Storing Your Travel Documents.
Previewing and Downloading
Cards on the Quotations, Invoices and Vouchers tabs have two buttons. Preview opens the PDF in a modal without leaving the page, and Download saves it. The PDF is generated on the spot using the agency's company details and the document's line items.
Cards on the Received tab have a single View button, which opens the document and also marks the delivery as read for your consultant.
Acting on a Quotation
A quotation can be accepted or declined, but not from this page — the buttons live in the full quotation view, which you reach from the New Quotation notification and its View Quotation link. That notification arrives when your consultant sends the quotation; Reviewing and Accepting Quotations covers the rest.
If a Document Is Missing
Documents are never produced by paying or by a booking being confirmed — a consultant creates and sends them. An empty tab says so directly: the Quotations, Invoices and Vouchers tabs show “No documents yet” with “Your consultant will send you documents here.”, while Received shows “Documents sent to you by your travel consultant will appear here.” and Travel Docs shows “Add your passport, visa, and insurance details for easy reference when booking.” If a document your consultant mentioned is not in its own tab, check Received; anything they send you explicitly always lands there. Otherwise ask them through a support ticket.
