Every request you submit — whether you paid a hold or forwarded it to a consultant — lands on the same screen. This is where you track progress, download a voucher, ask for a cancellation and chat to the consultant handling your trip.
Finding Your Bookings
Open Bookings > My Bookings from the top navigation. Four tiles across the top count your Upcoming Trips, Active Bookings, Total Spent and Total Bookings. Below them a search box matches on booking reference, title or provider, and two dropdowns filter by type (Flights, Hotels, Car Rentals, Packages) and by status (Confirmed, Pending, Cancelled, Completed). Every request you have ever submitted is listed here, including cancelled and finished ones.
The Completed option in the status dropdown never matches anything. A request that a consultant marks completed is shown as Confirmed on this screen, so filtering on Completed always returns an empty list. Use Confirmed, or the History screen described below.
Reading the Status
- Pending — Submitted and waiting for a consultant to complete it.
- Confirmed — The consultant has completed the booking. Download and Modify become available. Trips the consultant has marked completed also show as Confirmed here.
- Cancellation requested — You have asked for a cancellation and a consultant is reviewing it.
- Cancelled — The booking has been cancelled.
The Details Panel
Click a booking card, or its Details button, to open the Booking Details panel — a side panel on a desktop, a full-screen overlay on a phone. It shows the confirmation number, the booking date, the payment status, your consultant with a Chat button once one is assigned, and the actions for that booking. The chat only opens if your consultant has already started the conversation — see Contacting Your Consultant.
For a confirmed booking, Download Ticket generates a voucher PDF built from the booking details, and Modify Booking reopens the booking form so a consultant can action the change. The Provider Contact buttons on this panel are not yet wired up and do nothing.
Requesting a Cancellation
Request Cancellation appears in the details panel for any booking that is not already cancelled. It opens a form showing the booking reference, destination, travel date and amount, plus:
- Reason for Cancellation — Change of Plans, Found Better Price, Travel Restrictions, Personal Emergency, Work Conflict, Health Issues or Other.
- Additional Details — Optional, except when the reason is Other, where at least 10 characters are required.
Submit Request sends it to a consultant, who decides on refund eligibility and processes the cancellation — the booking is not cancelled on the spot. The button then reads Cancellation Pending and is disabled until they respond.
Re-authorizing a Payment
If the supplier price changed after you paid a hold, or your hold was released before the booking was confirmed, the details panel shows an Authorise your card again notice saying which happened and the amount, with an Authorise again button; the same button is on the Card authorisation needed banner at the top of the page, and Payment Status reads Payment needs your attention. It shows only while the booking is still open. Your previous hold was already released, so the booking will not move forward until you authorise again — and you are still only charged once a consultant confirms.
Past Trips
Bookings > History lists bookings that are completed or cancelled, with totals for trips, spend and completed trips, and a search box across destination, booking reference and provider. It is an extra view, not a place trips move to: those same bookings stay on My Bookings as well, so seeing a finished trip in both lists is normal.
